I ventured out into the evening of September 21, 2018, with 2 of my friends and fellow copwatchers. Once we got into Spokane the action started to heat up. After just missing a routine traffic stop in Downtown we when up north, where we found 2 officers harassing people who weren't harming anyone or any property. People just looking for a place to be safe and try to be warm for the night. After documenting that we headed for downtown again. On the way, we experienced a flurry of activity which I'll cover later. Here is a glimpse of what we found.

YouTuber, for20ru2 was alone while he filmed this scene. This order follower Belitz didn't like him walking down the sidewalk only because he had a camera. For20ru2 is much nicer than I am, I would have told him I was documenting gang activity. See how a nice respectful man is treated by those supposedly there to serve and protect the public. He escalates the situation and immediately goes to officer safety. This means he can now use force if he wants and most sheeple will just go along with the line, he just followed his training which means he shouldn't be held accountable.
