He was sent this recording of 2 Bonner County, Idaho tax assessor's who had accessed a citizen's private property without permission or the land/homeowners knowledge. I think most of us call this trespassing. Not if you are in the ruling class. They call it getting measurements of buildings with no measuring devices.
