Which Do You Want To Have With Gold Not Worth Less Than a Bitcoin Per Ounce It had Gold Bugs Angry What DO you Think Here's What I think.

Most of Golds value is due to it's value as money or store of wealth, which means that it has value because PEOPLE value it! That's it. Tell me about the value and utility of metal when you're starving to death. Perhaps the argument could be made that food and water have intrinsic value to humans because they sustain life. Additionally, other life forms (animals) also value food and water, whereas they don't care about either #bitcoin or precious metals. Precious metals are ultimately worthless at the end of the day. Their value does not exist objectively, outside of human need/desire. Obviously this is true of #cryptocurrencies as well, but please Goldbugs, stop claiming that Gold has "intrinsic value" or that it's "backed", while Bitcoin is not. This is simply false.
