Week 39: #introduceyourself Curation Post

If all works out well, I will be well on my way over the Atlantic Ocean by the time this gets posted as I prepare for my family vacation! I took a purposeful effort to start curating the #introduceyourself tags since the weekend to have these ready as I knew that I would need to have this ready before I left home to the airport or even at the airport. While I am excited for some down time given a couple of things going on in my life, I am a little anxious to see how the busy agenda will impact my ability to engage with the community. However, my priorities must be clear and aligned to my goals of achieving balance.

One of the key things I want to ensure I do during my vacation is to continue to curate the introduction posts as communities and Dapps continue to actively attract new users to our ecosystem and they need to find places to learn and educate themselves appropriately as they engage in this awesome journey. The opportunities to enjoy ourselves here continue to expand as communities continue to work to broaden our experiences as the protocol advances in many ways. It feels as if the ecosystem and community is about to become very active with the many ideas and projects being deployed so it is an exciting time here!

@keyofdragon is a group of martial artist founded by Tamir from the Ukraine which introduced the group to the community by explaining its approach at the Martial Arts with meditation and becoming together with nature. They focused on restoring our affinity with the world around us. This will help our bodies become cleaner from the influences around us which are normally counterproductive from our wellbeing. The intent is to share these practices and workouts with the community here to improve our self development.

@tantrabanter consists of Annette and Jim which introduced their project out of their passion for creative writing and poetry. They meditate daily and practice mindfulness throughout the day to confront their egos and the challenges from within. They then document these experiences to share with the community they have built. They come here to share and work towards a. More decentralized life with the ecosystem and its capabilities. This will allow us all to think outside the box!

@yari3103 is a young Venezuelen that introduced herself to the community and shared her career path so far as she has had two professions! She is studying to be an orthodontist as well as Social Communications. The first she considers to follow with her mind and the second with her heart. She has learned to be a disciplined person that appreciated teamwork given that she has practiced Karate since she was 11 years old; that also allowed her to travel around her country. She also enjoy theater and spending times with her friends. She hopes to leverage her experiences to share them with the Steem community.

@ddra90n had a different approach with his introduction as he provided a story of resilience and achievement as his introduction to the community. However, I loved the underlying message of not playing it safe to feel more realized about achievements we accomplish over time. He shared the experience of hiking to the ancient city of Machu Picchu in Peru where each day in his journey got more challenging given the physical requirements to achieve the hike. As more quit, he was able to focus on reaching triumph in reaching his destination.

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform. I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
