Had an early start today as the calendar for the rest of the week looks a bit crazy so wanted to get my first gym session in on time. Only did a quick workout but added weight for some intensity. I was able to walk back the long way to get some more activity.

I was far off my activity goal after the morning so had to pace in between meetings and calls to achieve my daily goal today. The rest of the week may be a challenge but could potentially also give me some rest I have been putting off.
