Writing competition 137: Alien city in the jungle

Days have passed and Sterli has forgotten about the mysterious mountain that teleports her back to her room whenever she enters a certain opening on the mysterious mountain. Today, she felt a little bit bored so she sneaked past again and casually walked towards the forest where saw the mysterious mountain.

While walking she kept on thinking if she really tried to enter all of its opening. She walks slowly this time knowing fully well that she will not be gone astray as she is now very familiar with the path towards the mountain. When she finally arrives at the mysterious mountain she carefully remembers the mountain opening and then she enters them one by one. She carefully enters each knowing fully well that if she enters the one that has teleportation she'll be back at her room and will be too lazy to come back if ever, she thinks.

And then she finally saw an opening that she was very sure she hadn't entered before so she entered it with excitement and then she was magically teleported into a pathway that was very beautiful and lush and ahead was an obscure imagery of futuristic building. She walked slowly to get a closer look until it was clear to her, and this is what she saw...

She was amazed at the appearance of the city as she was standing on the ground where she could see the Alien city. The city is something she never seen before and is very different from the city inside the kingdom of her father.

While staring at the city she casually sat and she tried to thread together why one of the openings of the mountain leads to this place and why is it that she is the only one being teleported when she enters the openings.

Now, she thinks that there is more to it than why she is the only one being teleported. She thinks that the mysterious mountain is connected to the alien city that she stumbles upon.

Then she sat on the ground while she was trying to connect all the dots. She is very sure that the mountain and the city are connected. But why, she asks herself. That question left her wanting to find out more. Then she noticed that she was gone long enough so she went back to the mountain on her way to be teleported to her room. While in her room, she said to herself, soon I am going to find out why. And then she lied down on her bed and she sleeps.
