The USA, Russia, Japan, Canada and Europe worked together as the largest team in the history of science. The first piece of the International Space Station was launched in 1998. The first piece, launched by a Russian rocket.

After two years of preparation for the station, it was ready to accept his first inhabitants. So, in 2000 the first astronauts arrived at the space station. They were the first people who lived in space. The final construction of the International Space Station was completed in 2011!
