Apple Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients:
2 cups apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice or water
1 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons honey, agave, maple syrup, to taste (I used maple syrup)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Instructions:
