    how can china put tax on usa goods when they don't import anything from us , ive been thier 3 times their is nothing made in usa , they make buicks in china , average pay is $7.00 per day

      According to this China Business Review report, 20% of US exports to China are agricultural products. 6 of the top ten exports are raw materials (soybeans, copper, cotton, aluminum, corn, and coal). We are about to become energy independent with regards to our oil consumption.

      Now we have a motive as to why China wants us to be their vassal state or colony: raw materials. China is making their moves on Africa for the same reason.
