THE DIARY GAME 06/01/2022 MY EXPERIENCE OF BROTHERHOOD: What holds a team together
Helloo steemians hope everyone is doing great. It is a pleasure to be with you again.
Today, I will be based on my day with the most admired studied group so far that I have been a part of. Since I have to be of value to you, I will save other gists and talk about three very valuable lessons I have learned being with this group, THE GENIUS
- Firstly, everyone is important and should be treated as such.
I have been a leader of this group for three years now and a bet you, giving everyone attention and making them feel valued and understood is one of the weapons that keeps a group firm.
At the time when somebody gives a suggestion that cannot be realized or that is incongruous, it must be denied in the way that that particular person will want to do more, will want to suggest a million more.
- ASK EACH OTHER'S OPINIONS IN HANDLING ARISING MATTERS
Democracy is slow but is a steady in building an everlasting firmness because everyone sees that they are at least able to say something. Most group members will be surprised and will not even be able to suggest anything, but after 1, 2, 3 times, they will open up.
This also boosts their self-esteem out of the group, hence building them personally.
- VISITATION. I have been able to visit more than 98% of my group members, though not up to 50% knows my house....Lol. I am the leader anyways. But visiting your team especially when everything is normal, helps build personal relationship and back in the group, it augments interactions and provides great freedom for creativity.
This is a tip of the iceberg of the rules that keep this mighty group together. It is important for the personal and team life and builds an everlasting bond forever appreciated.
