Sublime Sunday, Kittens and Dogs

Sunday is always sublime. Especially when it is warm day and starts with the lovely walk in the the park. But before reaching the park with the dogs, I was happy to see the little kittens that live outside with their mother doing pretty well. Two of them were hopping behind her, while the third jumped on the tree. I am not sure if this is my friend posing for me some two weeks ago or one of its siblings.

Same curious look and wide opened eyes.

We have to continue the walks with the dogs and we headed to the park.

Jade on the left, alerted and Penny on the right struggling to walk.

Pigeons on the groind. Leaves are covering the grass. Still the trees are dressed in green and here and there the colour starts to change.

Forked shaped tree.

Woodpecker among the leaves. They are everywhere and sometimes they can be seen clearly on bare branches, but most of the time they are among the leaves.

Some old trees are so high like this one and the lower brances were cut.

Since the weather was so lovely we spent an hour in the park we stopped and sat on a bench. The sun caressing our faces. This is one of the best times of the year. Warm and pleasant.

Later in the afternoon, going out for another walk and passing by the almond tree I saw two of the kittens there.

I don't know where the third was but I saw the cat mother approaching and I left them.

And what my cat was doing? Have a look.

She looks humongous compared to cats on the street.
