The Office of the Campus MP : VISITATION

So as part of the plans of The Office of the Campus, we decided to embark on visitation on the various hostels on campus since we are responsible for the well being of residents on campus and as part of our policies we decided to fully welcome students back to school and also get to know any issue at hand. We also planned on introducing to them one big programme which is dubbed the Campus Akwaaba.

We went to Several Hostels to speak to the residents around which was very fun. We had time with them to get to know issues on campus and hope they could be curbed. We also went round to take data so we could easily reach out to them in case of any emergency where we had to spread information across the board.

The Campus Akwaaba is an all-day programme featuring three sessions. A morning session would include aerobics sessions and the afternoon period where we would have sporting activities between the hostels. Also, the evening or night session would be an artiste night and a talent hunt show where young people could come to and showcase their talents to everyone.
