This kind of sneaker is used for training purposes to increase and maintain stamina and also for burning extra calories. Every time by increasing and decreasing weight does,t effect the shoes quality ?
This type of sneaker could be amazing to wear during any kind of actvities. It has nice qualities that are perfect to use in sports. Everyone would love to get this one because it looks awesome as u explain it's useful.
I would love these for my walks! I usually walk with a 30lb weight in a back pack but I would rather have weighted shoes, that wasn't possible until now! Cool find. 😃👍
