A Real Success on Steemit ...

... is definitely possible, but it may take a lot of time and energy to achieve that. Like some dear Steemit friends have pointed out, sometimes it feels like moving or dragging along like a snail. However, although a snail is very tiny creature and relatively slow it can get very far! And that's important ;)

Perseverance is the key!

I like to learn from others, especially from Steemit oldtimers. As they have pointed out in their posts, the key in success on this platform is to be regular, to try to post something as often as possible, preferrably each day. Only this way you can build a healty pool of Steemit followers, which is important in the long run.

Initially, when coming to Steemit and seeing all those $$ and $$$ values at the end of the posts I thought that I have discovered a gold mine :) I thought that simply clicking and writting random replies will bring me a fortune - LOL.

The reality is different, the success in life lies in self-discipline, a good plan and perseverance. With Steemit is no different! Sure, we don't know how big Steemit will come to be and how many thunderstorms confront us, but is that a problem? No, it is even more exciting, it's like a roller coaster ride - full of adrenaline!

So, let's take this roller coaster ride with the speed of a snail :)

The thing is, is "money" the real measure of steemit success? :)

For me ... steemit success is, that I'll have the opportunity to read my posts years after I'll post them, that's why i don't produce many of them (tried that for a while tho), but those i do, will mean something to me. If they get steemit "recognition" and maybe a good reward. That's just a bonus.

Otherwise it becomes a second job and i have enough work with my main job already =)

TL;DR; every Steemian should set his own scale of success for steemit. That can be money, but it doesn't have to be =).

I'm almost there as you are now. Still a newbie so i'm trying diffetent things, but more and more i'm leaning towards your way of doing things on Steemit. Quantity isnt the measure of success

You just have to find your "cup of tea" that suit you. And find your own measure, don't chase the "big guys" because it's extremely hard to get there, even tho it looks simple and easy :)

Thanks for your view on this matter. I agree with you that money is not the only measure of steemit success, although it's an important one.
I find it very interesting that you plan to use your posts as your own "album" of articles with photos that will bring back nice memories! By the way, I'll be glad to read them as well! Se vidimo ;)
