Chicken roll
Ingredients:
-Court fillets 600g, paprika (powder) 1 tbsp, gelatin instant 25 g, 3-4 cloves garlic, salt, pepper to taste,
-Tried herbs (dill and parsley) 0.5 tsp
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces
add finely chopped garlic, paprika, greens, pepper, salt, dry gelatin
mix everything well
put into the sleeve for baking, tightly fix, put the bag in the baking dish
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool. Cool the roulette into the refrigerator until the jelly is completely frozen (5-7 hours)
Frozen rolls are removed from the mold, free from the sleeve for baking
Spread out on the dish
