Five minutes.

Would you say that is a lot of time? Or rather no time at all? I’d argue that five minutes is actually quite a lot of time and when accumulated over a longer period can produce big accomplishments and creations in our self-development and life.

A different look on five minutes

If we have five minutes in which we over think things, experience anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, rage, diminishment. If we have five minutes in which we raise our voices and yell at our kids, because they again ruined the walls with crayon drawings. If we have five minutes during which we discourage ourselves through internal talks that stir up fears, anxieties and doubt in us from that next big hobby we always wanted to pursue, or the next big thing we would love to get involved in. If we have five minutes of our time in which we speak badly about someone else, participate in gossip and backstabbing. If we have five minutes in our day between tasks, chores and responsibilities in which we go ‘I am so stressed’. When we have five minutes that we spend judging ourselves and our bodies, what we did or didn’t do, how we look or don’t look. If we have five minutes that we use on comparing ourselves, our skills and our bodies with someone else and then judge and diminish ourselves in our own mind. Then we also have five minutes we can instead use to create ourselves and our life into something more and better.

Here are just five things we can do in just five minutes during our day or inbetween tasks and responsibilities in our day to day life and living, that will pave and encourage the road of self-creation, creating us and our life to it’s utmost potential - instead of diminish and break ourselves further daily.

Five Self-Creation Things You Can Do When You Have Five Minutes Available Inbetween Tasks

1. Writing

with 5 minutes available before your next task you can jot down some experiences, reaction or overall points you are going through.

2. Self-Forgiveness

with 5 minutes available before your next task you can speak or write down a couple of self-forgiveness lines. Assisting and supporting you with release and realizations.

3. Mini Mind Construct

with 5 minutes available before your next task you can start or continue on a Mini Mind Construct. Just imagine how much you could progress with just 5 minutes every time you have in between tasks in your day!

4. Living a Word

with 5 minutes available before your next task you can begin living a word or specify your living of that word you set yourself up to redefine and live!

5. Corrective Application

with 5 minutes available before your next task you can look at a practical application or specify and expand one you already have to support you with changing that point or those points you are working through.
