Chitral Fish Kota
Chital fish kotana is being served in ancient Dhaka on the traditional imagination boarding. Make them according to their recipes.
Deepak Kumar Nag, one of the captains of the Kalpana Board, has given this method of making 20 koftas.
Ingredients: 1 kg of crusted fish piles, like turmeric powder, chilli powder, amazon, 3 teaspoons. Twenty-two grams of onion grated. Like the amount of salt, like the amount of hot spice.
Procedure: Remove the parts of the fish from the spleen with a spoon. Now put 15 grams of beta salt and turmeric powder in Shilpaata.
Then, arbitrarily, make long or rounded kappa and put it in another container. Then take the kupata of dubatee.
Pour all the spices in the cauldron, leave the quota made with the khoya, the hot spicy oil. Sprinkle the pan with hot spices or hot spicy water and spread over the skin.
Chitral fish kofta. After serving 10 to 15 minutes, heat hot.
