A branch of Central Bank of Shanghai, Huangpu, has been running for the first time in an unaffected state. That is, none of the ordinary workers are present in the bank. Still, the work of the bank is going on. However, the bank has special officials to provide security to VIPs and VIP customers.
Robots to welcome customers in the face of the bank Voice software will be used for that. The robot will answer many questions from customers. Customers can avail various services using the National Identity Card or the Financial Recognition Device in the bank.
Robot workers can buy gold, buy foreign exchange, or invest in the same way. Beijing-based China Construction Bank said that banking system will be more convenient, safe and efficient using high-technology.
