Weekly Country Representative Report - @nattybongo CR Ghana (29/09 - 06/10)

My work as a promoter for the promosteem community i made a report post which covered the powerup activities of members for the week. I seek to instil the act of powerup in Ghanaians as it is the hallmark of the promosteem community.

As a PU level 3 now i have powered more than 2500 steem towards the advancement of the blockchain and seeks to do more. Within the time frame stipulated in this post i visited the Labadi Beach Site in Accra where i shared steem with people around.

I was also hosted as a speaker to speak on mentoring newbies during the Ghanaian virtual seminar. I also had the opportunity to attend and contribute to the Nigerian radio talkshow which was held in the immediate past Sunday.

With our successful printout of promosteem banner, myself together with my co-promoter was able to successfully hold a meetup for the official launch of the banner and also shared steem branded books to people alongside flyers.

As a greeter for the newcomer's community it is one of my roles to accept and successfully verify new members on to the blockchain with more focus on my countryfolks.

For this past week i was able to successfully verify about 12 achievements tasks who all received their curations either on their task or catch-up votes.

With more newbies trooping in on a daily basis more work is on greeters to get them through which puts even more work on the steemcurator03 account but we are managing and would sail through as we always do.

Within the week i used my now 11,350.36 effective SP which gives a value of $0.21 at 100% manna to support 52 accounts with 92 upvotes.

My CSI currently sits at 14.2 and there was no self vote recorded. I also used the steemcurator04 account to support Ghanaians following the schedule as stipulated alongside the country reps for the other African countries.

Curation is done such that manna is left at 85% to make it possible for the following country to work the next day. For my last curation which occured on 6th of October, i was able to support 23 Ghanaians with variable weights of vote.

I love my work as a country representative and the various roles it comes along with in the various communities and i am keen on doing my best at all times to ensure Ghanaians are having a good time on the blockchain

However i would like to ask of leaders to draw our attention to anything they may not agree with or would like us to change so we can be better at our work at all time.
