The Extra in Extraordinary
It is said that great men reached great heights not by doing what everyone does because whiles their comrades slept in the darkness of the night they were up working and coming up with solutions to problems and making new creations, inventions and innovations.
We all love the idea of being extraordinary, we want to do amazing things and be seen in the spotlight among the big men making huge differences but when it comes to doing that extra, putting that effort that would bring the change we get discouraged, we feel that it is too much of a work or a burden on us and we let go.
But extraordinary is not achieved on a silver platter, yes there are people who were born with great talents that set them apart from others without having to do so much but even these individuals when you go into their life's history and their life's work you will notice that whiles the talent was there they work on it tirelessly to achieve the great feat.
Some believe that Einstein hardly ever slept, it is believe that Thomas Eddison tried 1000 times just to find a solution to one thing, how come that we try once or twice and it doesn't work out we give up? We are already special as sons and children of the Most high and heirs to a heavenly throne and thus we ought to let it manifest in our lives.
Go the mile, do the extra things, show the world what the Lord has put in you and with that you will Glorify your father in heaven and Honor to his Kingdom. May we be able to do that little extra and go forth in greatness to impact the world. Thanks for your time and have a wonderful time.
