Steemcurator04 & Country Representative Report - Ghana

It is a pleasure once again to have had the opportunity to be a country representative for Ghana on this noble blockchain. As part of my duty and obligations to my people and the steemit team and i here to present my activity report for this week.

This report will cover the time frame of 20th to 27th of October, 2021. It his report will be an overview on my activities in terms of promo and towards the development of the Ghanaian community. Again, i would highlight my curation activities and powerup activities in support of #club5050 initiative.

On the 24th of January, 2021 i hosted the Ghana radio talkshow on the promosteem discord server one the topic of club5050 as an initiative to get more Ghanaians onboard and get them to powerup 50% or more of their earnings. The meeting also provided a platform for members to understand the technicalities behind the initiative and the benefit to the steem ecosystem. The meeting was a huge success and a massive attendance of 20 users with Nigeria and Ghana country representatives present.

The promofriday challenge which i initiative some weeks back as an avenue to help steemians in Ghana with their promotional activities is still in place has been doing quite well in the last few weeks. This week i undertook streets promotional activity with mcsamm and collinz on the streets of Adum telling people about steem and giving out flyers. It was a great success which i look forward to others emulating.

Within the week as an official promoter for Ghana it is incumbent on me to report on the activities on Ghana promosteem members and their various promotional activities geared towards the growth of the ecosystem. The report also considers the powerup activities within the last 7 days of the report. I am happy to announce that in the immediate past report the majority of the members powerup quite a good number and a good percentage with most of them keen on #club5050 initiative. Please the detailed report;

To help boost morale of Ghanaians admonishing them to keep giving their best and also help bring good writeups into the spotlight on a regular basis i scour through the steem-ghana community to fish out some of the very best content produced within the last hours which i use to write the top 3 post. An addition 3 post are considered for the worth mentioning corner and these post are supported with the community account, steemcurator04 and country representatives account.

As an African country Ghana is part of the support program with the steemcurator04 account. On 22nd of October i got the opportunity to use the account alongside @oppongk to support Ghanaians. A total of 30 beneficiaries were recorded and vote was shared based on quality of post. with an effective power of 242,791.56 SP votes shared between 30% and 60% rendered between $1.50 and $3.36 worth of upvote. The account has supported 118 accounts with 202 upvotes in the last 7 days.

I also used the steem-ghana community account to support members on a regular basis. With an effective power of now 19,773.52 SP a 100% upvote together with support from country representatives can give the average steemian $1.00, which means we are on a good path to helping to sustain our community. My personal account currently stands at 12,003.03 effective SP which a good improvement which i owe to my consistent powerup activities.

Within the last 7 days i have been able to successfully powered up 265 steem and have remain consistent in my club5050 activities and intend to keep up so as to serve as a mentor and guide for others to follow suit. I also visited 38 accounts with 60 upvotes.

Ghana joins Nigeria for radio talk show on Sunday 31st of October. Promofriday challenge and Gift challenge is still ongoing and members are reminded to continue to partake to help promote steem. #club5050 initiative is also ongoing and members are advised to stay consistent. Ghana Telegram meeting comes off this week on Friday.
