Country Representative Report, Week Ending 20/0/2022 - Club75, Triple Dolphin Achieved

It is a pleasure and privilege to once again come your way with my weekly country representative report as required by virtue of my position as a country representative for Ghana. This is to enable leadership peruse the work i am doing in my capacity and help guide with suggestions where needed.

In this report i would be looking at my activities in terms of curation, contest organization, powerups and club75 maintenance as well as the club support program through the top 3 club5050, 75 and 100 post.

This week the tell us about your favorite steemian contest which sort to acknowledge the good works done by mentors and guides alike on the blockchain came to an end and as the contest organizers i was able to sieve through the various entries to come out with some winners who did great with their writeups.

The selection criteria focused on good use of markdowns as well as quality writing and genuineness. In the end, we had 5 winners who did amazingly well and some who were featured in the honorable mentioning section. This week another has already begun and i am optimistic that members will join once again for interactions and engagement to go on.

The initiative continues to go on and more better entries and selections keeps coming up. I am happy to announce that almost every single member of the Ghanaian community now is a member of at least club5050 with a good number falling between club75 and club100.

Individuals who get featured in the post selection continues to also benefit from the various curations available to the ghanaian community including booming support, support from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 as well as support from accounts of country representatives and the official steem-ghana curation account.

With an effective SP of now 19,033.99 SP steem-ghana curation can now give out $0.15 at 100% manna and full curation. Curation is done on a daily basis with a left over note indicating that the individual has receive some form of support from me with the account.

According to steemworld.org the voting CSI for the account is currently around 13.0 with 110 upvotes gone out to 59 accounts within the last 7 days. Curation is halted when account manna drops to around 80%. This is to enable the account recharge in time for the following day so that others or more curation could go on.

Curation is focused on individuals who falls within either of the clubs, thus club5050, club75 and or club100. Members who had delegated to the steem-ghana account are also focused on as priority as well as individuals whose content are quite good and deserves to be supported.

I continue to use my account daily alongside the official curation account to support members. The combined effort of both accounts enable members to receive appreciable amount of support on their works consistently. My account currently has an effective power of 18,260.66 SP which is worth $0.14 at 100% manna at current steem price.

As evident in my account statistics my voting csi is currently around 14.4 with 132 upvotes going out to 76 accounts within the last 7 days. To make good use of the power i have accumulated as well as the delegation from the steemcurator01 i would continue to increase my curation efforts for the benefit of the Ghanaian community.

Powerups form a critical part of the steemecosystem's growth and sustainance which is why as a CR is imperative that i always set good examples for others to follow. For my powerup for the week i recorded a total of 59.147 steem for the week with no transfers.

Also, to maintain my club75 status I recorded a total of 480.355 STEEM powered up with a total of 134.979 STEEM transferred out within that time period. I am also happy to announce that after consistently powerups i have been able to finally achieve the triple Dolphin Status.
