Country Representative Report, Week Ending 18/04/2022 - Club75
Greetings Steemit Team,
It is a privilege to have this opportunity to come to you once again with my weekly report as a country representative for Ghana. As usual, I would be covering all activities I underwent within the stipulated time both on and off the blockchain that sought to serve the Ghanaian populace on the blockchain.

And so in this report, I would be looking at our weekly telegram meeting, club5050 top post support program, my powerups and curation activities with my account as well as the steem-ghana account in support of Ghanaians and members of the Steem-ghana community in general and contest organization.
My Activities
Contest: Favorite Holiday Spot/Venue
Within the week I was able to organize a contest for the benefit of the steem-ghana community where members were to share with us their favorite spot or venue and give us some of the things enticing about the place that could get some of us to want to seek out the place.
The purpose of the contest not only seeks to encourage engagement within the community but also good writing, the admonition for club5050,club75, and club100 as well as reward members for their hard work and efforts towards the community's growth. It also provides avenues for us to find good writers to support them and also put members in the spotlight for possible support from steemcurators.
Club5050 and Top 3 Post Selection
The top 3 club5050, club75, and club100 post-selection is a regular exercise conducted within the Ghanaian spearheaded by myself. The purpose is to help bring to light some of our very good writers who are also actively participating in the various clubs.
Steem-ghana Curation
The steem-ghana account is the official account for the Ghanaian community which is used to serve the Ghanaian populace on the blockchain. As it stands now we have 19,478.54 effective SP which is used to support members daily and left to recharge around 80% for the next day. With our effective SP, a vote worth $0.20 is issued at 100% manna which is what I do in everything I support members.

In curation, attention is given more to members who are eligible for club5050, club75, and club100 as well as individuals who have delegated to support the community account's growth. We also continue to run our long-running guest post support program where members who are great writers submit articles for publication by the account and are rewarded with 50% of the earnings from the post to help motivate community members.

This has been a great incentive for our members in the past and with the strong resuscitation of this activity we have already had guest posts coming in once again and we are optimistic that with the support of curators members would also get to benefit in diverse ways from their support towards the community.

Daily we seek to encourage more and more of our members to join the clubs to be eligible for the various support programs available from the steemit curators as well as the community leaders. So far this has proven to be an effective method and I am happy to report that the majority of our members are now part of one of the three clubs.
Members or Posts selected for the top 3 club5050, club75 and club100 get to enjoy lots of benefits including full support from myself as well as the steem-ghana account. They also get to enjoy booming support for their selected post as well as support from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 sometimes, although they have been made to understand that the selection doesn't guarantee any upvotes. I would be continuing the exercise moving on and hopefully finding other innovative ways to incentivize more to join us.
My Account Curation
With an effective power of 17,168.80 SP, my account is now worth $0.17 at 100% manna and 100% upvote which is how I always support members with my account. With the aid of the 5000 SP that was delegated to me by the steemit team, I can do more to support my members this aid. I always do well to vote members daily leaving it to recharge around 80%.

My voting CSI is currently hovering around 7.1 and according to steemworld.org, I was able to support 38 accounts with 61 upvotes within the last 7days as at the time of this writeup. Most of my support in terms of curation is focused within the Ghanaian community however not limited to only Ghanaians but all who post through the community so long as it is of good quality, following the steemit etiquette guidelines. I am keen on growing rather rapidly to be able to do more for my country's folks.
Powerups
As it stands now I am just a 1000 steem powerup away from reaching triple dolphin and I am keen on reaching this level as soon as possible. Within the week I was able to power up a total of 182.000 STEEM which adds up to help me maintain my club75 status and to help me get closer to becoming the triple dolphin I yearn to achieve soon.

Concerning my club75 status too, according to steemworld, I have a total of 1,108.626 STEEM powered up backdating from the 20th of February, 2022 which is more than times three of my transfers stand at 296.621 STEEM within the same time frame mentioned.

As a country rep, it is incumbent I sent an example for others to follow hence my keenness and fervency with my powerups, although I wish to be in club100 I need the 25% to withdraw to help me be able to sustain my national service work as a teaching assistant within the department hence my club75 however I will do my best to move higher when the opportunity presents itself.
Conclusion
I want to use this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude to the steemit team and my fellow rep njaywan for his support and teamwork in everything we do. I want to also say a thank you to our community members and all Ghanaians for their support, especially in contest participation, etc.
