Beware the Phishing Expeditions Ongoing

Hello Guys,

How are we all doing? Well for my end things are going great and i certainly wish each and everyone of you the best. Today i noticed these comments been left on people's account about winning some free steem with various links attached and i wanted to bring it to our attention.

For those who may have seen this before or may have been here a while may have already know about these acts and may have learnt a thing or two from others who fell victims to these kinda acts but the thing is day in day out we have new people join us on the blockchain and before they find their feet they end up falling once again for such acts.

Hence the purpose of this writeup, to draw the attention of Steemians within our community of this heinous act going on by some users in an attempt to hack others account to claim their funds and power down their hard investments etc.

And Please avoid clicking any such links as you may see on our comments with sales or airdrops or adverts etc.

Do not be decieved under any circumstance and when it doubt always confirm from your leaders before taking any actions. You may also take a bit of comfort in knowing that leaders are going around muting these posts to keep our members safe. But it doesn't hurt to sound an alert.

        The thing about these accounts are that they are mostly hacked and they target accounts with great reputation too. I have come across a few and I mostly advice the accounts not to click on them. Thanks for educating us on this.
