Update 1-2-18 - Steem Rises, Litecoin, Dash RaiBlocks, Stellar, Zcoin, Ripple, Ethereum, Power Ledger

Instead of posting my art or music, I decided to write another one of these. Below is an update on several cryptocurrencies/tokens.

Steem

Steem has risen from around 3 USD within the past day or two, to over 5.50 USD, and this seems to be mostly from news related to Smart Media Tokens. It was around the 40th place in marketcap, and has now vaulted to currently sit at the 29th place at over 1.4 Billion dollars. This is great for Steemit earners.

Ripple

After maybe a day or two with little movement, Ripple has once again started to climb. It had been under 2 USD and is currently at 2.38 USD. It's in 2nd place in marketcap, which was around 92 Billion dollars.

Dash

Dash had been staying under or around 1,000 lately, but it's finally moved up a little and is currently priced well over 1,100 USD. However, it had been in 9th place in marketcap and is now at 10th. The marketcap stands at about 8.9 Billion dollars.

Stellar

The price of Stellar network's Lumen token has seen a rise since yesterday morning's price of around 0.40 USD to 0.57 USD, moving it up from 10th place to 8th in marketcap, which is currently around 10.3 Billion USD.

Litecoin

Litecoin, after being somewhat quite has also finally seen a small price increase today. It's currently around 250 USD, remaining in 6th place in marketcap which was around 14 Billion USD.

RaiBlocks

This token had seen some massive gains recently, and has been much more calm within the last 24 hours or so. RaiBlocks seems to be in about the same place as it was yesterday, with a price of around 26 USD. It currently remains in the 17th spot in marketcap, which is around 3.5 Billion USD.

Ethereum

Ethereum is another token that had been dormant for quite a while, and then finally made some gains again. It's currently priced around 880 USD, at the second place in marketcap, which is currently around 85.6 Billion dollars.

Power Ledger

This token has finally made a pretty significant move within the past 24 hours or so. It had been priced at a little over 1 USD and is currently at over 1.25 USD. It currently holds 60th place in marketcap, which was around 450 Million USD.

Zcoin

This is another token that has recently had a notable rise in price, which is now over 130 USD. It's in the 54th spot in marketcap, which is over 510 Million dollars.

The total marketcap of all cryptocurrencies is now over 650 Billion USD.
