Morning watering July 30
Light watering today. It's raining. Yes, I watered as it rained. I don't trust the rain to help enough because it has historically been very light here.
Today I'd like to hilight the part of the yard that I call the South Project.
I've posted about all of the projects in this area separately, but never shown it all together I don't think. This is the side with the pecan trees, the little plum tree from yesterday, the well house, and the three newest beds.
I'm sure it'll evolve as time goes on, but here's what it looks like now.
I'm thinking for the next bit, I'll plant some comfrey over there. I've read that it's really good for soil building, compost, and mulch.
Anyway, just a quick post this morning. Ive got a migraine and I'm super tired, so I'm headed to bed.

Rain is not to be trusted lol
The last two times I didn't water because "it looked like rain," all my plants wilted because there was no rain hahaha
I was expecting rain today
