Chelsea FC in the Finals

An amazing game was held yesterday between Chelsea and Real Madrid. The english team was able to conquer the game and win 2-0, to hold an aggregate score of 3-1 and move to the UCL Finals in Istanbul.

It's the third final for Chelsea during their career in the Champions League where this year they will face another english team "Manchester City" on 29th of May.
