I am sorry to change the decision but the tutorial does not follow the Utopian Rules.
It was created before the huge changes but the tutorial is very simple. You keep listing through the interface. You should also work on the audio as it is silent and of lower quality.
There have been other tutorials about steem.rocks, but they should not have been rewarded either. There is nothing else that a regular user would not see themselves.
Try to focus on topics that are not that straightforward and that actually benefits from having a tutorial.
