Super salted eggs simple and insyaallah anti failed. I've often baget make this salt water soak method, I think the results are tasty, masir and oily too.

Material:
18btr duck eggs
500gr coarse salt
2ltr water.
Way:
● Dissolve salt in water, if using hot water wait until room temperature.
● Clean the eggs by rubbing to open the pores2, then dry with a clean cloth
● Insert the egg into a brine container, try to put a distance of 2.5 cm between the egg and the top of the container. ● Close the container assembly, keep it for 18 days.
● After 18 days the egg is ready for harvest, boil for 40 minutes with low heat.
● Salted eggs ready to be enjoyed
