Ingredients
1 kg of kedondong fruit
Softened seasoning:
5 pcs red chilli cape
250 gr brown sugar
1 tbsp tamarind acid
Sufficient shrimp paste (burn it for a while)
Salt taste
4 tbsp boiled water
Step
Peel the fruit kedondong, then geprek "/ brewed so that later seasoning rujaknya into the fruit kedondong.
Mix the finely sprinkled and dried kedondong fruit. Stir until well blended.
Store in refrigerator for 1 ~ 2 days with sealed container. Later the water will go out on its own so that the spice rujaknya become liquid. And the spice rujaknya seep into kedondongnya fruit.
