We all have many friends. How do we know if they are all true friends? Do we know about it? No. We don't really know about that. If we realize that we do not know, it will be very helpful to learn the same thing.
What if we do not know who our true friends are?Ask someone you know about real friends. Or read something written by someone who knows about it. Then we too can identify who our true friends are. I recognized who the true friends were because I heard the Buddha's Sermon on the True Friends preached by our Lord Buddha.
Friends can be divided into two categories. That is, sinful friends, and tru friends.
Let us first find out how to identify sinful friends.There are 4 parts to bad friends in this world.
- Friends who are friendly with us only to get something from us,
2.He is close to us only when we have an advantage.
Everything is limited to the word. He does not do anything in action. I will do anything for you. Everything he does is limited to words.
3.Everything we do is falsely praised.
They praise us falsely when we do something good or when we do something wrong
4.Pretending to be friends only to take drugs.
It leaves us as soon as we stop using drugs
Not all of those friends are our true friends. It is very important that we stay away from them. They make our lives a failure because of them.
Let's find out how to identify our true friends. It mentions four true friends.
1.Supporting friends
Those friends help us in all our good deeds and protect us.
2.He is near in our sorrows and in our joys
3.It excludes us from evil. Helps to do good.
4.Compassion helps us in our progress.
Those four friends are the ones who sincerely help us. It is good for us to associate with those friends.
A true friend is one who tells his friends only what is good. Advise not to do bad things and avoid it. We are true friends to all our friends. Let us be true friends, teaching every friend to live in the world as a good man.
