Refreshment

Young people are now-a-days found busy with their job too much. The too much company with the job or hard working may cause some bad effect on the mind as well as in the body. The continuous effect may cause the effect to more worsen condition.

There by as people need some time to spend in full freshment without doing nothing. This time may be used as deep sleeping, swiming, deep riding, gardening, readin nobel, gossiping, taking photo, traveling and so on.

Among this i like the photography and travel most. There are some advantages with this two and inter connections. Later i will try to discuss more elaborately this two topics in separate blog.
