Hold on to ourselves and keep calm in times of challenges.
We need to stay calm especially in times of crisis.
Losing our cool can never help but we can think more logically of a possible way to deal negative circumstances when we stay cool.
Stay cool as others may need us more in times of unexpected crisis.
