Hot steamed pitha special recipe.
How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. To all my food loving friends today I am here with a new recipe for you. I am a food lover. I love to try new foods. Whenever I come across a new recipe I try to try it out and love to taste food.
At this time of winter, we have steamed pies. Steamed pita has been eaten many times this winter. My mom's hand steamed pies are incredibly delicious. I like to eat this steamed pita hot. When I was a child, I ate a lot of this pitha from Nanu's hands. Nanu used to sit and make it, and Nanu's grandchildren would gather around the stove. I remember that time well.
So friends, if I make any mistakes, hopefully everyone will look at me with forgiveness and try to explain me
- rice flour
- Molasses
- Coconut
- sugar
- Salt
- First I will take some water in a big bowl and then add some sugar.
- After that I will add salt to taste. I will mix salt and sugar with water well.
- Once the salt and sugar are well mixed with the water, add the blended rice powder.
- I will mix the rice powder with water well for 15 minutes. Then cover it and leave it for 2 hours.
- Then first I will add jaggery and coconut in a small bowl. After that I will give the mixed rice powder.
- Then I will cover the pot well with a cloth.
On the other hand, I will put a pan on the stove. And I will give a small amount of water inside the pot. Then I will wrap it well with a polythene on top. And make a hole in the polythene to let the steam out. Then I will pass the pot over that foot.
- Then I steam the pita with the paper for five minutes.
- After five minutes, when I see that the pita is done, I will remove it from the oven.

Congratulations! Your post has been upvoted through steemcurator08.Thank you for sharing a steamed pitha recipe with us. I have also seen the pitha recipe many times and shared it once too, and your process was very similar to mine. And steamed pitha is very fun to eat, and when we used to go to Nanu's house when we were children, Aunt and Nanu used to make pitha for us, and we all gathered together and ate the pitha. And I love your pie-making process, and you explain it so well. The color is beautiful, and the top layer is so beautiful.
