The Nagual Florian

Hello I'm Florian and amidst other things I am a Songwriter. As an Artist I am The Nagual Florian and that is another story all in and of itself for which I will deal with in due time.   I'm new to social media and I don't feel comfortable in this environment, so please bare with me.

A good friend of mine Frank Pasillas, once wrote something for me that he thought would make a great introduction for any occasion.  So I will use it here. 

"The thing is, I could fill up lines and lines, paragraphs and paragraphs going through the usual rigamarole, "Influences," "sounds like", the whole bag...But it wouldn't completely epitomize the sound this man and his music has. 

It's familiar, the kind of music you hear for the first time and swear you've heard it before. Why? Because it's good. It's so heartfelt It's immediately absorbed into your mind and strikes a chord with the part of you that's loved, been loved, been hurt, felt hope, and wanted to change things. His voice is Dylan-Esq, but instead of sand and glue, it's more like sandpaper and epoxy, with a dash of cinnamon. Sometimes it makes you feel like the world is a sad, mean place, but conversely it reminds you the world is also full of beauty, love and hope.

The contrast is poignant, and needed in this era of mainstream, almost communist musicality where the dollar is king, and "M.T.V." is the manipulative duke who leads the kingdom astray. Honestly, you may not like it, and if so, move along with your same old same old, it will still be here when you get back.

If you do like it, however, welcome to the new revolution (of yes we can) We're reaching out out hands to you, trying to pull you onto the bandwagon so we can get the hell out of here before this place reaches it's violent, bloody apex of suck and starts it's downward spiral into entropy and mass extinction of anything intelligent. 

So dear renegades, let's pop this thing off already! We all know we've been ready to change things for a long while and the time has come to all of us. "
