Cheesy flat cakes with ham.

Hello, everyone! Today we are going to make very tasty and easy to cook cheesy flat cakes (you can choose any filling you like)

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 cup kefir 

0.5 tsp salt

0.5 tsp sugar

1 cup ham

1 cup hard cheese

1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

1. Add baking soda, salt, sugar to kefir and mix thoroughly. 

2. Then add hard cheese and flour, mix thoroughly. 

3. Divide the dough to equal balls, flatten the balls and add ham.

4. You can fry flat cakes even without filling, they still come out tasty.

5. Fry on a very hot pan with some oil on both sides.
