The Diary Game, March 18, 2022: Doing Home Activities

The morning is so bright. As bright as my heart can get up early and do a lot of things in the morning. I wake up refreshed and not feeling lazy. I went to the bathroom and performed ablution to perform the dawn prayer. I went to bed earlier than the other night. That's why I forgot to brush my teeth before going to bed. More precisely, I fell asleep while watching a Korean drama last night.

I opened the refrigerator and saw what other kitchen necessities I needed to buy. I haven't shopped for kitchen ingredients in two days. I opened the note application on my smartphone and wrote a list of kitchen necessities that had to be prepared, red chilies, green chilies, cayenne pepper, and spring onions. There are still two tomatoes left, and the onions are still a bit much. The onions are the most basic kitchen ingredient for me. I can't cook without onions. That's why I always buy onions in kilos.

I took out the motorbike and went to the market to buy the list of kitchen ingredients written on the list. I ride a motorcycle at a speed of under 40 kilometers per hour. I arrived at the market and bought kitchen ingredients. Then, I went to the fishmonger to buy shrimp. Shrimp is my favorite food. I like to cook the Keueung Asam gravy, prawn chili sauce, fried prawns, and everything tastes good with prawns. I also often use shrimp as a delicacy in the stir fry or gravy that I serve.

I cleaned the prawns one by one. The prawns are quite large. The base price is IDR. 30,000 per a half kilogram. After negotiating with the seller, he released the shrimp for IDR. 23,000. He said it's a special price for the first buyer. I handed over the IDR. 25,000, then he returned it IDR. 2,000. After everything is clean, I put it in the fridge. And some of the others I fried half-cooked to make shrimp sauce.

At noon around three o'clock, I took out the Samarinda cake that I bought on the sidelines when I returned home at the market. The texture is very soft, and the cake is cold. I like to eat this cake cold. But most people like to eat Samarinda cake in a hot state.

At night, I drink milk. It has been my habit since childhood that I like to drink milk. Tonight, I drink white milk. The milk tasted a little sweet. I poured too much milk. I read friends' posts. And choose the posts for publication in the third edition of the Steemit wonder women magazine. Then, I sip milk and paste a link to a note.
