Steemit Philippines - Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 (Week 3) || “Silver Lining"

I love the theme of this contest. It makes me imagine and remember the time two years ago when everything that was done was supervised by the government. So, through this post, I want to briefly tell you about it and the lesson behind it.

"Behind hardship there must be ease"

The pandemic has passed. Many sad and happy stories have been passed during the pandemic. I graduated college the year the pandemic was peaking. At that time, I submitted several proposals to volunteer as staff at the office. But all refused.

Rejection is not something that makes me down. It became an encouragement for me to get back up. I tried to find some information on the internet that provides job opportunities. At that time, I registered myself as an influencer. But also not getting a job.

One day, I tried to find opportunities on the internet about how to get income from the internet. Then meet me with Steemit. It has changed my principles from a worker to an investor.

From the short story above, I learned from personal experience about fighting spirit. Never give up. It is because today's failure will be an opportunity to be greater in the future. I'm sure behind a difficulty there will be ease.

"The power of positive thinking"

Positive thoughts will create positive energy. I believe in this sentence. When we think positively about everything that has happened, our minds become calm and peaceful. When we think positively, the nerves in our body will form positive energy. Everything must pass

One time, my father lost his sandals. He thought the sandals were worn by my mother. Even though my father's sandals were left in the garden. But because of positive thoughts. He slept soundly. And when he woke up, my mother had brought his sandals home from the garden.

Positive thoughts make our life happier. I learned a lot about positive thinking from my father. He spends his days very quietly. He can always smile broadly with his grandchildren and look carefree.

"Everything must pass"

Every problem in life will surely pass. We must not be lulled by whatever is going on. Keep looking for solutions. It is because every problem will pass.
In 2019, the pandemic that hit Indonesia left many unemployed, many businesses died, and several companies even had to stop operating due to insufficient sales and production costs.

Some traders don't complain about the situation, let alone stop selling. They are confident about the future. Because the pandemic will soon pass. As a result of their commitment, their business is now growing and developing even more rapidly than before the pandemic.

From the short story above, we learn that every problem that occurs is not eternal. It will surely pass with time. And people who can adapt to difficult times will become great people in the future.

What is your outlook for the year 2023? What are your plans for your life this year?

This year, I have extraordinary achievement targets in my journey in Steemit. I am targeting reaching the orca level in the third quarter of 2023. I have made various efforts, from regularly doing power-ups and joining club100 to being active in participating in various contest themes within the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Hopefully, it will come true.
