What do you understand by this statement?

It is a wise sentence that invites us to maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid various diseases. One way is by consuming fruits, green vegetables, and milk. The apple mentioned in this proverb is a type of fruit that has many benefits for the body.

Apples are rich in nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants which can help maintain a healthy body and can fortify themselves against various diseases, such as fighting Alzheimer's, diabetes, and heart disease, and reducing the risk of stroke. I interpret this proverb to remind us to always maintain our health by consuming healthy food by managing our diet and the type of food consumed.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

Green vegetables make my life healthier. I like green vegetables. Therefore, I have mastered several recipes for processed green vegetables that make me never get tired of enjoying them. One of the things I feel the most about consuming green vegetables is maintaining an ideal body weight and the health of my skin.

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?

The habit of consuming green vegetables has been formed since childhood. My father and mother have a small garden that is free from various fertilizers or other chemical drugs. From childhood, we are used to eating vegetables. And until now, I feel incomplete if green vegetables are not available when eating.

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?

I feel a real benefit. I am grateful that I rarely get skin diseases such as irritation, itching, and so on. Another benefit of vegetables that I feel is having an ideal body with low-fat levels.

Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain

Everyone can eat green vegetables. But some people don't like the way it's served, so they don't like vegetables. Spinach is a vegetable that made me fall in love with it. I like the clear vegetable spinach soup. Presentation is also easy.

What health tips would you give steemians?

We are the people most responsible for maintaining health, apart from being active and exercising, food and sleep patterns must also be arranged as well as possible so that we are not susceptible to disease. Unhealthy sleep patterns can have negative effects on the body. Maybe we don't feel it today. It is because the negative effects will appear when we get older.

In addition to the points above, maintaining a healthy mind is also important. Because most of the disease also comes from the mind. Keep thinking positively. Then you will be surrounded by positive elements in your life.

Hola amiga tienes mucha razón los vegetales también nos aportan muchos nutrientes a nuestro organismo, muchas personas no consumen vegetales quizás por su apariencia, pero deberían de hacerlo, por ejemplo la espinaca es un vegetal que ayuda a mejorar la circulación por lo tanto es ideal par alas personas que sufren de hipertensión, por otro lado los vegetales son ideales para disminuir nuestra grasa corporal y mantenernos sanos siempre

When I was a kid, I used to run away from vegetables and never ate them but now I understand their importance and eat them with pleasure. Great entry dear @nadiaturrina, it is true that eating fruit and vegetables makes us stay healthy but ultimately maintaining a healthy mind is important because most of the diseases comes from the heart.
I have seen some who eat a lot and well nourished meals but their outer appearance doesn't show simply because they don't maintain an healthy mind. I wish you success in the contest.

The picture you have use I really like I am also big fond of cauliflower and carrots.
