CHARACTER BUILDING. Chapter 3. Keep your anger under control.

Hello and assalamualaikum to everyone. Hope you all are extra ordinary blessed today.

Today i am pleased to discuss one of the most important and most basic topic specially related to our practical life.

Allah says in Holy quran. Keep your anger under control. Soorah aal e imran. Ayat number 134.

So, dear friends it is a great message of Holy Quran for building of a cooperative, supportive peaceful and friendly society. It has been noticed that there are few people who do not have any control over their anger. They do each and everything when they are angry. When their anger gets diluted ,they get nothing but a regret.

Anger is only felt for a limited time but its consequences lasts for unlimited time.

If we get angry then we should think for 5 minutes that what will be the resultant of my anger based activity. If we do this then automatically our anger gets dissolved. If we are doing some harsh acts in anger, it means that our minds is not getting used at that time. And thats the perfect time for using and utilizing the mind.

Yesterday i was listening a news that a father killed his four children by throwing them in the canal due to poverty and ANGER because of his wife's fight with him. Now he is arrested and expected to live his rest of life in jail. What if he thought for 5 minutes that what will be the consequences of his anger based activity. There are thousands of examples around us when people have ruined the lives of themselves and others due to lack of control on anger.

Therefore we should keep in mind the 5-minutes activity already mentioned at the upper paragraph, when we are angry. At first, it will be difficult but slowly and gradually it will become our habit.
