How are you all friends? I hope you are well. I am also blessed with your prayers and love. Today, I will share a new blog with you. I will share some of my best memories from a recent late-night party at home with you today.

A few days ago I came to my father's house. Since all our sisters are married, we live in different in-laws' houses. So, I only see some of the time. As my father's home is a village, we all try to come to my father's house together. When our sisters come together, we make various fun items and have fun. A few days ago, this occurred. Unexpectedly, a notion to host a fish and chicken barbecue at night emerged, so I got all the masala patis needed to barbecue the fish and chicken during the day.

Later, after bringing everything from the market, everyone cut fish or chicken and washed them cleanly. Then, I marinated them with barbecue spices, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and other herbs for about 2 hours before barbecuing.
Before that, we cut the chicken into small pieces and marinated it with spices. Then, at nine o'clock at night, I get the grill ready on the house's roof. Naturally, that day, I learned from my younger sister how to make another new dish using chicken fries and barbecuing chicken and fish. It was fried with masala and burnt again in the oven from where it was kept. It was accompanied by naan, parota, and raita.

Then, when it's nine o'clock, we start the fish barbecue. Then, when the fish is done barbecuing, the chicken is entered into the chicken with the merited chicken for barbeque, and then I barbeque it.

Later, another item could be made with chicken. So, I fried the previously marinated chicken in the clay oven. Then, my younger sister made a new item with soy sauce, tomato sauce, and some spices.

Later, we all have a delicious meal party with hot kebabs with bought naan, parotta, and handmade raita. This is a super fun activity. You may understand by looking at the picture.
