Breaking: USA - Policeman plants drugs at backyard to incriminate two people

A video, that was released today, shows a policeman from Baltimore, who apparently deposits drugs on a backyard. His name is Richard Pinheiro, whose colleagues watch him without to intervene while he is hiding the illegal substances.

The recording is from January this year and was made with the body-cam of Pinheiros. After coming back from the hiding place Pinheiro turns his body-camera on, goes back on his own, acting like he has just found the drugs. What he didn't know is, that a lot of body-cams save about 30 seconds before manually turning on the cam. Therefore the drug finding was busted. The moment the sound is to hear, is the one where the camera was turned on. According to a speaker of the police department an internal investigation was started.

Because of the staged drug finding two men got arrested. After the video was released their charges were dropped.
