I have a Commodore 64 sitting in the basement. I haven't fired it up in years, but I have it!
I don't have the floppy drive for my Commodore, but I do have the cassette drive. That one's...interesting, to say the least. But it makes sense. It's just magnetic data storage, just sequential access data instead of random access data.
@mytechtrail I keep a couple powerpc mac's around as there were a few video games never ported to console or PC.. luckily I got a OS9 emulator working and now I can play those games on my pc.
My first mac was a few generations newer than that one.. I had an LC
That was my first mainstream computer, but I have my first computer a development board. It had 256 bytes of ram that I upgraded to 2K. Had to manually type in assembly code to run programs as it did not have any mass storage.

I had this in a box for many years and just decided to pull it out. I might try and power it up one day.

The hard part is going to be finding a display. Those are not easy to procure anymore!
I just happen to have a LCD TV with composite in.

Oh, they used composite on the Apple II? That's awesome! I thought they had a special connector...
No, just composite. Of course now I have to hook it up🤔

oh lawd!
Had one of those as a kid. I still obsess about finding someone who did a emulated version of Galactic Empire.
Assuming such a thing even exists.
