What you believe is what you perceive.

Have you ever felt stuck and that no one understood where you are coming from? That no one could relate to you or what you felt or thought?

This is my understanding of where the majority of my brothers are at. I find I can listen to hear where they are and offer my understanding. If I have an experience to share that shows a similar situation in a different light then I share it. I offer them an opportunity to heal.

Until HS folded space and time and brought me back to the experience I had had at 9 months old as an observer, I could not heal from all the pain and suffering I was currently experiencing. All I did was to keep repeating that same pattern again and again and again until I willingly asked why and what for and where it came from. When I finally asked to be shown and given the correction I received it. Folks keep saying the past is not real. Don't look at your past... Think only happy thoughts... If I had done all they said and not listened to Holy Spirit I would be dead from the cancers and other diseases I had or from suicide. It is really that simple.

Consider for a moment everything you believe to be true. Everything you believe defines you and this world around you with all the people in it. Now consider the area you were raised in. The people that surrounded you. The language you heard most often and understood to be YOUR language. Now add in your family and your religious or spiritual beliefs.

All of these aspects mentioned play a roll in what we believe in and what we perceive. They will dictate what our thoughts, feelings, and responses will be to any situation we encounter. These aspects are what has trained us to think, feel and respond the way we do.

An example of this kind of thinking would be the words Diablo and Miracle. Here, were I live, there is a land mark called Mount Diablo. To many in the area it is a well known land mark. Because of the name many businesses will use the word Diablo in their name to show the area they come from. It is in reference to their location. As a business owner I was no exception to this thinking. My Husband Alex and I decided to rename our business to Diablo Computer Repair and Maintenance when another company had trade marked the name we had been using for 7 years.

The response we received at this change was a steep drop in business. Those who did call where asked why they were not scheduling. Their answer was they did not want the devil to come "fix" their computer. In their mind the word represented evil. Living and working in the bay area of California is a linguistic nightmare if you consider that one will interpret what they perceive based off of their beliefs.

Recognizing that a another change in name was needed based on this understanding from those who would share with us... We decided to change the name to A Miracle Computer Repair or Miracle Computer Repair. The response has been amazing. We now have more business even in these trying economic times. Our schedules are now full were we once would pace waiting for the phone to ring.

In changing the word used the purview has been changed. We are no longer seen an as evil entity wanting to come in and take advantage. Now we are seen as being the Miracle Workers. We come in and save the day.

In recognizing that what one perceives comes from what they believe has helped us to connect more easily with our brothers. To understand that what is blocking them is their choices to believe in the things they were taught to believe. That what a word may say will only have the meaning they are choosing to give it.

For a long time we tried to strive to survive. Now we thrive because we are living understanding who we are and who our brothers are. That the only thing holding everyone back is their choices to perceive what it is they want to believe.
