When I saw the picture I didn't know what it was, but I saw the people saying is a crab mole! I was thinking is some kind of crab but not so sure! Very interesting one anyway! Steemit people are amazing!
You got some quick answers! I was going to say it had to be some kind of crab though I admit I've never seen one that looks like that...and don't know if I would eat it. LOL
Growing up in the Northeast US, we called them sand fleas. I can tell you from personal experience they serve as excellent bait for Stripers and Black fish.
Mole crab or sand crab. Been digging these out of California beaches since I was little guy.
Also, I'll send you the liquid rewards from this post for being the first to give me the answer. Thanks again.
You da man @runridefly!
I googled 'mole crab' and that looks just about right. Thanks for proving Steemit can be more useful than Google.
@mynameisbrian, I consider myself an idiot, but I have a lot of general information in the bald head.
Damn...9 minutes too late. Haha

I don't think these little guys would make for very good eating
I was gonna say crab. Are you on a trip or something?
No trip, just went to the beach yesterday here in Panama. This is the first time I have seen anything like this here, so I was curious.
