The first time i remember going out of body and realising i had done so i was 11. My friend was staying the night, we were fast asleep. I woke up because of some weird sensation, like an upwards floaty feeling. So i opened my eyes and realised i was looking down at my self and my friend from the ceiling. So my back was against the ceiling and I was looking at us. I did not know what OBE's were or anything like that, but i remember thinking this is a werid dream, but then noticing how detailed everything was and that our breathing looked like we were taking huuuuge breaths of air but we weren't. I think it then slightly panicked me when i realised nah this aint no dream..........and then i was sat up in bed looking at my friend thinking hmmmmmmmm better not tell her that in the morning!!! haha.
