I happened to eve drop me work out at my regular gymnasium. Anyway, I used to believe that Kegel exercises are just for women, but yesterday i eve-dropped men workout area and I learned that they as well learn Kegel exercises and it is very important. I thought i could share for some who do not know this.


Let me start by explaining what Kegel is.

Kegel exercises are easy clench-and-release exercises in which one can do to make the pelvic floor muscles stronger. Pelvic floor support the bowel and bladder and affect sexual function. With performance, Kegel exercises for men can be done merely about anytime.

Before you start Kegel exercises, you should find out how to establish the correct muscles and appreciate the proper method.
