The Watcher : A story - Part 1

Rohan had always enjoyed watching TV series. He used to shell out good money for all of his subscription based websites where he used to watch his favorite TV series. He had the apps for these downloaded on his phone as well so that he could even watch while commuting to work in the office cab.

He had moved in with his girlfriend, Neha, last week. After coming home after work, he used to open up his laptop and used to spend time watching TV series up until dinner time, get up only to wash his hands and watch them through dinner as well. Neha would go back to the kitchen to wash dishes. He used to go to bed with his laptop and watch again until he fell asleep.

In the beginning, Neha did not mind it. But lately it had reached a point where he hardly used to spend any time talking to her. He used to solely watch the shows with only him tapping the spacebar to pause it in case she asked him something.

They did not make a lot of money. Neha considered the money he spent on his subscription and a higher internet plan to be a wastage.

They started having frequent fights and things were getting bad between them. It was then one day while casually browsing the net he came across an ad which said: "Make Money watching tv series". That seemed to perfect to him. He clicked on the ad and it lead him to the website.
