Rujak
Rujak is a traditional food that is usually made from a mixture of various kinds of vegetables or fruit and spiced with spices or sauce. Rujak is easy to find in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore and there it is called "rojak".

Rujak cingur
Rujak cingur is one of the traditional food that is easy to find in East Java area, especially the area of origin of Surabaya. In the Javanese word cingur means "mouth", it refers to the material of the mouth slices or the muzzle of a cow that is boiled and mixed into the dish. Rujak cingur usually consists of slices of several types of fruit such as cucumber, kerahi (krai, a kind of East Java cucumber), yam, young mango, pineapple, kedondong, then added rice cake, tofu, trivial, bendoyo, cingur, and vegetables such as sprouts / sprouts, kale, and long beans. All the ingredients are mixed with sauce or spices made from processed shrimp paste, boiled water to slightly dilute, brown sugar / sugar, chilli, fried peanuts, fried onions, salt, and thin slices of banana seeds of young green (banana klutuk ). All the sauce / seasoning is mixed by way of pulverized, that's why rujak cingur also often called rujak ulek.
Rujak manis
Rujak manis is a kind of salad. Made from fresh fruits with spicy sweet sauce. Fruits used include: young mango, bengkuang, salak, papaya is almost cooked, kedondong, cashew, cucumber, star fruit, and others. Sauce used is made of Java sugar, peanuts, tamarind, salt, lime, and chili.

Rujak petis is one of the traditional food that is easily found in the eastern part of Java Island. Rujak petis usually consists of cucumber slices, yam, young mango, kedondong, tofu, sprouts / sprouts, and kale. Rujak Soto is a special cuisine from Banyuwangi area, East Java. This cuisine is a unique blend of vegetables salad with soto, can be soto meat (beef) or soto tripe. Some even combine with chicken soup or soto ceker (chicken feet), this is usually done as an alternative when you want to enjoy rujak soup but the price of meat is soaring.
