WHAT EVER YOU ARE DOING "SAFETY FIRST"
In anytime, anywhere we must obey the simple rule of SAFETY FIRST.
The word SAFETY is so familiar and commonly used that one needs not go into definition or the semantic of it either. It is a word we all use quite freely with a largely varying degree of importance and seriousness attached to it.
Quite often, we do engage in such acts and practices which lend to impair our understanding, concern and regard for our safety and that of others, as well as safety of all other things around us. Sometimes we all cannot discern those actions that constitute unsafe acts and practices and even when we do,we are too unwilling and accrue too much in a haste to obey the basic ethnics and simple rules of safety acts and practices. This often results in untold hardship. As a Civil Engineer the most common accident on a construction site is the fall of persons from heights especially on scaffold.
suffice to say,the existence of man will only be justified and the dignity of labour uphold if we can obey that simple rule.
